Caldwell Insurance was established in 1973, servicing not only the Hervey Bay and Fraser Coast district but far beyond with clients in most states and territories of Australia.
Caldwell Insurance was founded by Mr Bob Caldwell AM and sold to Paul and Helen Graham in early 2013. We’ve retained the name of Caldwell Insurance out of respect for the heritage of the business and to signify that we will uphold the reputation of service, integrity and value for our clients.
Meet the team
Our team consists of Director Helen Graham (AR No. 458745), Manager Paul Graham (AR No. 442093) and Administration Officers Danielle Price and Adam Rychlik.
Together, we have a combined office insurance experience of more than 60 years. We’re a family-owned and operated business, so we understand the importance of providing a great service at a good price.
We know and care about each of our clients, and we’re with you through thick and thin. We believe in good customer service, and we don’t think it’s old fashioned to spend the time to go out and meet with our clients every year. Truly getting to know our clients and understand their business and their needs is one of our most important points of difference as a service business. Community involvement
